The 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup gets underway this weekend with United States vs Jamaica kicking off the tournament on Saturday, June 24th. Team Canada gets underway on the 27th with an opening match vs Guadeloupe.
The Gold Cup takes place every two years, with the top soccer nations from North America, Central America and the Caribbean competing in the tournament. The United States and Mexico usually dominate the tournament, and it’s actually Canada that is the only other nation to win the tournament (in 2000). The Canadian Men’s Soccer program has improved tremendously in recent years, finishing atop the standings in CONCACAF qualifying for the 2022 World Cup, and recently advancing to the finals of the CONCACAF Nations League before losing the final to Team USA 2-0 the weekend before the Gold Cup. Team Canada’s top players such as Alphonso Davies and Jonathan David will not be participating in the Gold Cup, but the team is still quality and has the potential to win the tournament.
On this page I will recommend our top rated betting site, look at the different bets you can make on the tournament and finish up with a simple 3 step guide you can follow to get your bets placed on the CONCACAF Gold Cup.
