How To Bet On Deontay Wilder vs Tyson Fury Fight from Canada

By Boxing

Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury are set to do battle for the third time this Saturday, October 9th at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The trilogy fight was originally scheduled for July 24th, but Tyson Fury contracted covid-19 in the weeks leading up to the fight, resulting the postponement to October.

Fury defeated Wilder by TKO in round 7 of their second fight in February of 2020. After the win, Tyson Fury tried to set up a heavyweight unification fight with Anthony Joshua, but there was a rematch clause in the last fights contract that Wilder has used to set up this trilogy fight. Joshua has since lost his belts to Oleksandr Usyk.

Neither Tyson Fury or Deontay Wilder have fought since that last rematch in February of 2020. Prior to that the pair fought to a draw in December of 2018. If Fury wins this fight it will solidify his place as the best heavyweight boxer in the world.

Fury controlled the first fight, but a late knockdown by Wilder evened things up on the scorecards. In the rematch Fury employed a more aggressive style, which lead to a one-sided fight and a 7th round TKO win for Tyson Fury. In the trilogy fight Tyson Fury will be a significant favourite, but Wilder has the one punch knockout power that makes him a dangerous opponent.
