Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz are coming out of retirement to fight each other for a third time this Saturday at The Forum in Inglewood, California. The fight card is being promoted by Golden Boy Promotions and the main card will be shown on PPV for a price of $40 on Fite.tv. The card starts at 9pm EST on Saturday and the main card features 6 fights with Chuck vs Tito closing the event at around 11pm EST.
Chuck Liddell hasn’t fought since June of 2010, so it will be over 8 years since Liddell has competed in professional MMA. He lost 5 of his last 6 fights to close out his UFC career, getting knocked out in 4 of those losses. Liddell is now 48 years old.
Tito Ortiz retired after beating Chael Sonnen by rear-naked choke back in January of 2017, but the potential for a big pay day and some revenge for his two previous losses to Liddell was enough to bring him out of retirement.
